Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explore interest in financial advisory and life insurance manager roles
- Identify and generate leads for Financial Advisor and Life Insurance Manager positions.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
- Provide information about the opportunity, company, and role expectations.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with potential candidates.
- Meet daily / weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
