Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Kolkata. The Tele-counselor will engage with prospective students and parents over the phone to provide detailed information about courses, resolve inquiries, and guide potential learners in selecting suitable educational programs. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, the Tele-counselor will ensure excellent customer service while building strong relationships to drive student success and satisfaction.
