Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Kolkata. The Tele-counselor will engage with prospective students and parents over the phone to provide detailed information about courses, resolve inquiries, and guide potential learners in selecting suitable educational programs. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, the Tele-counselor will ensure excellent customer service while building strong relationships to drive student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills for effectively interacting with students and their families
• Ability to assess students' needs and recommend relevant courses and programs
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and telecommunication tools
• Basic knowledge of the education industry and understanding of customer care principles
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
• Prior experience in counseling or customer service roles is a plus
• Graduate degree in any field; preference for degrees in Education.
