Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary  Head Barista  to lead our entire coffee segment. This is not just a barista role — it’s an opportunity to build, invent, experiment, and lead. You will be responsible for managing the coffee program end-to-end, mentoring baristas, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what coffee can be.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire coffee bar operations and team.
• Create and experiment with signature beverages, seasonal menus, and coffee-based innovations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage coffee beans — with a deep understanding of origins, roasting levels, and flavor profiles.
• Train and mentor junior baristas, setting high standards in technique and hospitality.
• Work closely with management on coffee program strategy, cost controls, and sourcing.
• Ensure quality control of all coffee-related beverages and operations.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues with grinders, espresso machines, etc.
• Represent the brand and participate in coffee workshops, tastings, and community events.
