Well-known multi-channel F&B retail company is seeking an application support manager with expertise in Microsoft NAV and LS Retail to lead the support team and contribute to the ongoing change / functionality of MS Dynamics NAV and LS Retail
Senior level experience in supporting a diverse end-user group with functional use and technical troubleshooting in LS Retail and Dynamics NAV
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Dynamics NAV and LS Retail functionality, as a contributor to the change
Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess ERP / POS requirements and design / recommend solutions and fixes to meet these business requirements
Evaluate the current state of application systems processes & identify the gaps between the current and targeted / ideal situation. To determine the approach to correct application control deficiencies / gaps to ensure that deficiencies / gaps are appropriately considered and structurally resolved
To understand and analyze the potential impact of Navision ERP processes in the Financial, SCM, and operational processes
Work with multiple departments and work closely with Operations to help provide solutions to Navision ERP problems
To communicate complex processes and to help train and develop an ever-growing team
Ensure appropriate role-based application access and Audit conformity
Desired Skills :
Strong understanding of MS Navision ERP and LS Retail
Support level experience with LS Retail, POS support, NAV modules of purchasing, warehouse, financial management, and planning
Implementation level NAV experience and NAV object designer experience preferred
Experience in MS Dynamics NAV 2016 is preferred
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
Team lead level experience preferred but not mandatory; should be coachable
