Required Food menus preparation capabilities study the employee taste bud and change accordingly, considering all type of crowd south north chinies
Managing adhoc F&B events and regular food various requirements
Need to conduct the F&B audits
Creating incident reports CAPA
studying F&B feedback and ensure the actions towards closure of all feedback
Need to conduct F&B and safety trainings to ensure smooth ops
