Employment Type : Full-time, permanent, Onsite (6 days working)
Department : Revenue ops
Experience Required : 1–3 years
Reports To : Revenue Ops Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls , send whatsapp and emails for Monthly fee collection
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Maintain records in CRM and general know-how of telephony systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Proactively address challenges and recommend improvements.
