Key Responsibilities
- Make calls , send whatsapp and emails for Monthly fee collection
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Maintain records in CRM and general know-how of telephony systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Proactively address challenges and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelors Degree6 month to 1 year experience in CollectionsStrong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure.What We Offer
