✅ 10+ years of experience in B2 B project sales
✅ Proven track record in Fire Protection Systems, CCTV, ELV, Locking and door hardware industries
✅ Experience in handling clients from Builder Segment, Government, Corporate, Defence and Residential Projects
✅ Strong network in the real estate sector , with established connections in key cities including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales across India in Fire Protection, CCTV, and Smart Security Solutions
Manage a high-performing sales team and build new verticals
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the targets
Collaborate with project, procurement, and execution teams for end-to-end project success
Lead from front in client presentations, closures, and negotiations.
Drive the team to close the sales targets.
