Role : Assistant General Manager - Travel Retail Fashion / Luxury Fashion

Strategic Planning :
Team Leadership :
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with
marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional activities and new brand line up
Sales Execution :
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Implement effective sales techniques and processes.
