Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls and manage chat interactions with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM / system.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including rotational shifts and weekly offs as per business needs.
Candidate Requirements :
Both Undergraduate & Graduate Can apply.0-3 years of experience in International BPO or Sales Process.Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to engage, convince, and close sales deals effectively.Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Compensation & Benefits :
