Roles & Responsibilities :

• Inbound / Outbound Sales Calls : Handle calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert potential customers.
• Sales Conversion : Drive hardcore sales by promoting and selling our services to international clients.
• Client Engagement : Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client follow-ups and agreement closures.
• Telemarketing Support : Make outbound calls through dialer / manual methods as required, ensuring a high conversion rate.
