We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential international clients, generating leads, and closing sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand and communicate the company's products and services effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in tele sales or related field.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.Skills Required
