Key Account Executive (CNC / E-B2B)
Location : Mumbai (HO)
Purpose of the Role :
This role is a critical business development position in the CNC / E-B2B channel, responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in driving growth, ensuring wider distribution through alternate channels, and building business in non-core packs. It’s a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop & implement account plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage day-to-day business operations with focus on financial hygiene.
Drive stock planning, listings, TOT compliance, and timely payments.
Collaborate with GT colleagues to identify regional opportunities and trends.
Execute merchandising, visibility activations, and ensure assortment gaps are addressed.
What We’re Looking For :
MBA with 4–5 years of Sales experience (General Trade / Modern Trade).
Strong influencing, negotiation & communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and thrive under pressure.
High consumer & customer centricity, proactive planning, and problem-solving mindset.
