And now, we’re looking for a Learning & Development professional who can help us develop talent, drive performance, and build a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and business requirements.
- Design, plan, and deliver learning programs across functional, behavioral, and leadership areas.
- Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) : goal setting, mid-year / annual reviews, feedback sessions, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create engaging learning content.
- Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness, learning adoption, and PMS outcomes.
- Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain learning dashboards, documentation, and compliance with training policies.
What You Bring
3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management, preferably in service, hospitality, or corporate settings.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency mapping, and PMS frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and performance data.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (LMS / PMS).MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.Perks of Working with Wonderla
