Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team comprising Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Managers focused on corporate salary account acquisition .
- Drive new corporate tie-ups and manage end-to-end relationships with large and mid-sized corporates.
- Ensure revenue growth through salary account acquisition, cross-selling of banking products, and customer deepening initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate HR, finance, and decision-makers.
- Define team targets and KPIs; monitor performance and provide strategic direction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance , process adherence, and quality standards across all team activities.
- Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Drive market intelligence , competitor benchmarking, and new channel development.
Who Should Apply :
8 to 12 years of experience in banking or BFSI , preferably in corporate salary or institutional sales .Minimum 2 to 3 years in a team leadership role with experience managing multiple layers.Strong corporate network with a proven track record in corporate acquisition and engagement .Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills .Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
