Job description

HR Operations & Administration

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding to exit
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing

Plant Manpower Management

Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deployment

Manage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers)

Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline

⚖ Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws : Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.

Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation

Handle factory inspections and audits (internal / external)

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution

Foster a positive industrial relations climate at the plant

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs

Recruitment & Training

Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforce

Organize induction and onboarding programs

Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs

Audit & Reporting

Prepare HR MIS reports : attrition, headcount, leave, etc.

Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
