Performance Marketing Manager - D2C eCommerce

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in D2C growth and website optimization. The ideal candidate is hands-on with revenue-focused campaigns across multiple channels and has proven expertise in scaling D2C brands profitably. If you have led large performance marketing teams (10+ people) and thrive in driving measurable ROI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Google, Meta, Email, and other performance channels for revenue growth.

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, P-Max, GMC) and Meta Ads (including Advantage+ Shopping campaigns).

Manage Email Marketing workflows for retention and revenue maximization.

Leverage website optimization (CRO, landing page A / B testing, funnel improvement) to improve conversion rates.

Track, analyze, and report on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key D2C growth metrics.

Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure aligned growth strategies.

Lead, mentor, and manage a 10+ member team of performance marketers to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new tools to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing with a strong D2C e-commerce background.

Expertise in running high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Shopping Ads, Performance Max (P-Max), GMC, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.

Proven success in website optimization, CRO, and funnel conversion improvement.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio.

Excellent team leadership skills; must have led 10+ digital marketing professionals.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
