Role Description

This is a

full-time, on-site position based in Dubai . The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving business growth through sales initiatives and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage in daily interaction with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.

Deliver excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.

Conduct sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and closing deals.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business expansion.

Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.

Visit customers across the UAE and GCC countries as required by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the UAE / GCC region.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC countries as per business requirements.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Must be eligible to work in the UAE with a valid Employment Visa / Residency Permit as per UAE labour law (company sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate).
