Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is located in Dubai, UAE. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing training to new sales staff. Daily tasks include managing sales processes, conducting market research, developing promotional materials, and ensuring excellent customer service. The specialist will also coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and Sales Management

Ability to provide Training for new sales personnel

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Customer relationship management

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

Previous experience is a plus
