Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relations, providing training and support to the sales team, and handling sales management tasks. Day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to match their goals.

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management

Ability to train and support the sales team

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
