Job description

We are FCRA certified not-for-profit organization tackling early childhood malnutrition, primarily in remote and marginalized communities. Since 2016, we have reached over 2 lakh beneficiaries across 3,000+ rural and tribal locations, reducing malnutrition by an average of 50% through our proven impact model.

Our work has been supported by 60+ partners including JSW, HDFC Bank, Amazon India, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Glenmark, Motilal Oswal, and many more.

As a CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Manager , you will play a key role in raising funds from corporate donors and CSR initiatives, while building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Fundraising & Partnerships :

  • Research, identify, and pursue potential funding opportunities from corporates and foundations.
  • Actively scout leads and connect with CSR decision-makers.
  • Present organizations's impact model convincingly to potential donors and secure partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of CSR opportunities
  • Draft and submit high-quality proposals in collaboration with the program team.
  • Maintain donor interaction records, commitments, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing donors.
  • Prepare impact and progress reports to showcase outcomes to donors.
  • Strategically position the organization as a preferred CSR partner for nutrition and health interventions.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline;
  • MBA in Marketing / Finance preferred.

    Minimum 4 years of experience in CSR fundraising, B2B sales, or business development.

    Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

    Skills & Competencies

    Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Aggressive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

    Ability to understand donor needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Strong problem-solving skills with a “Never Give Up” attitude.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.

    Self-driven, persistent, and capable of working independently as well as in teams.

    Passion for fundraising and proven track record in achieving targets.
