Requirement : Sales and Business Development

Exp : 10+ Years

Location : Fremont or Bay Area (USA)

JD :

Position : Business Development, Engineering Services

We are seeking seasoned Business Development Managers with experience as listed below to

spearhead our customer footprint across the USA.

Bay Area, Engineering Services : 10 to 12 years' experience in selling product engineering

services, and software services - multiple positions

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Networking & Wi-Fi, and Adaptive Compute & Communications industries.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, technology

partners, and ecosystem players.

Sales and Revenue Growth :

  • Achieve revenue and margin growth targets. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from
  • prospecting to closure, including proposal development and contract negotiations.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across VVDN's services and products offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of
  • satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams :

  • Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align on client
  • requirements and deliverables.

  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive innovations and improvements in VVDN's
  • solutions.

    Market Intelligence and Strategy :

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to provide
  • actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine solutions and offerings based on client needs
  • and market feedback.

    Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business administration, or a related field. A master's
  • degree (MBA) is preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development / sales, in selling to the Networking &
  • Wi-Fi, and Adaptive Compute & Communications industries.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong
  • network of customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results. Willingness
  • to travel within the USA as required.
