Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Manager CSR to cultivate and manage corporate partnerships. This role involves identifying new CSR donors, stewarding existing relationships, coordinating employee engagement, and ensuring timely, quality impact reporting. The Fundraising Manager will mentor junior staff and contribute to overall fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Fundraising & Donor Management
- Build and manage a pipeline of large and mid-sized corporate donors for CSR partnerships.
- Provide strategic guidance to Fundraising Associates on donor portfolios and outreach strategies.
- Engage prospective donors via meetings, events, and proposals to secure funding.
- Coordinate with Deputy Head - Fundraising to prepare and submit tailored project proposals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with CSR partners, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor fund utilization for CSR projects to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Finance and Programs teams to track and resolve any project variances promptly.
- Implement a consistent, high-quality reporting framework for all CSR donor reports.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of fund utilization and impact reports to donor portals and compliance platforms.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure issuance of CSR donation receipts.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities linked to CSR partners.
- Work with Marketing to highlight CSR partnerships through social media and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS for all CSR engagements, reports, and compliance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and train junior fundraising team members on donor communication, reporting, and compliance.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Programs, and Marketing teams for seamless donor engagement and reporting.Contribute to the development and execution of fundraising departmental strategies.Qualifications and Experience
MBA or Master's degree in any specialization.4-5 years of fundraising or sales experience with a proven track record of raising large funds or managing relationships.Demonstrated success in donor relationship management, proposal development, and fundraising communication.Strong passion for the organization's mission and social impact.Key Skills & Qualities
