Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CSR Fundraising Manager located in Mumbai. The CSR Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns, managing donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, and ensuring donor satisfaction. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.

• Research on potential donors, including corporates, trusts / foundations, grant-making organizations, family foundations, and retail donors
• Study relevant RFPs to assess organizations&apos eligibility. If eligible, collaborate with program teams and the Founder-Director to develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, donor decks, and grant applications.
• Collaborate with program, M&E, and finance teams to compile content and data for submissions.
• Organizing fundraising events
• Increase visibility by enabling participation in various events (Mumbai and other states)
• Draft and format timely donor reports and updates.
• Maintain a clear, organized repository of donor documents, templates.
• Curate impact stories, case studies, and visual summaries for donor communications and outreach.
