Job Title : Manager- Fundraising & VC Relations

Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Experience : 4-6 Years

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and well-networked professional for the position of Manager- Fundraising & VC Relations . The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital, accelerators / incubators, startup fundraising, and corporate strategy, along with a strong network of VC funds, angel investors, and family offices. This is a leadership role that bridges startups with investors and drives strategic fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fundraising Strategy : Develop and execute fundraising strategies for startups and SMEs, aligned with their business goals.
  • Investor Relations : Build, manage, and expand relationships with venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Startup Ecosystem : Engage with accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem enables source, evaluation, and support startups.
  • Deal Sourcing & Scouting : Identify high-potential startups, conduct preliminary evaluations, and position them effectively for investors.
  • Investor Materials : Oversee preparation of pitch decks, financial models, teasers, and investment memos for fundraising campaigns.
  • Events & Networking : Represent Visure at startup ecosystem events, conferences, and networking platforms, building strong industry visibility.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal research, finance, and strategy teams to prepare startups for investor discussions.
  • Transaction Support : Assist in negotiations, due diligence, and deal closure support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, accelerators / incubators, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong network with VCs, angel investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics and funding lifecycle (Seed to Series).
  • Proven ability to scout, evaluate, and support startups for fundraising readiness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Exposure to deal structuring, negotiations, and investor engagement.
