Fundraising Associate - Retail & Crowdfunding

About the Role :

As a Fundraising Associate, you will manage and grow the retail giving and crowdfunding portfolio by engaging individual donors, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring strong donor relationships through accurate reporting and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Crowdfunding Fundraising

• Onboard and assist individual donors in setting up fundraising campaigns for Cuddles (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
• Provide end-to-end support and troubleshoot issues with the crowdfunding team.
• Send thank-you emails to campaign creators and contributors upon campaign completion.

Relationship Management with Crowdfunding Teams

Monthly Donors, HNI Relationship Management, and DMS Events
