The ideal candidate will possess strong AEM expertise, mentor juniors, and drive improvements in workflows, efficiency, and innovation.What You’ll DoProficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.AEM architecture and best practices : Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices, including content modelling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.AEM customization and extension : Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions.Front-end development skills : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.Java development experience : Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.Integration skills : Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIsVersion control and deployment : Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes in AEM.Problem-solving and debugging skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.Strong communication and collaboration skills : Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.What You Bring5+ Years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and customizationProficiency in Java programming and Java-based frameworks for AEM developmentExpertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development in AEMKnowledge of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, and deployment modelsExperience in integrating AEM with CRM systems, APIs, and marketing toolsProven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and deliver solutions aligning with business goalsFamiliarity with Git and other version control systemsStrong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.What We OfferAt Newpage, we’re building a company that works smart and grows with agility—where driven individuals come together to do work that matters.
