AEM Developer - Backend Technologies

Role : AEM Developer

Shifts : Rotational (with allowances for odd shifts)

What Youll Do :

As an AEM Developer, youll play a critical role in designing and developing engaging, accessible, and high-performance solutions for our websites and mobile web applications. Youll work closely with architects, QA, UI / UX designers, and project managers, contributing to standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects.

Must-Have Qualifications :

• Bachelors / University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 25 years of industry experience
• Strong expertise in Adobe AEM 6.5, including templates & components (Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTL)
• Hands-on exposure to Sling, JCR Repository, Solr, Apache Felix
• Experience integrating AEM with external systems & services
• Strong front-end skills : HTML, CSS, JavaScript with SASS / LESS, CSS Grid
• Knowledge of WCAG standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Jira / Confluence
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
