Your Mission :

As a AEM Developer to spearhead the customization and enhancement of our AEM platform for the Content Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong AEM expertise, mentor juniors, and drive improvements in workflows, efficiency, and innovation.

What Youll Do :

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
• AEM architecture and best practices : Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices, including content modelling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.
• AEM customization and extension : Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.
• AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions.
• Front-end development skills : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.
• Java development experience : Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
• Integration skills : Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
• Version control and deployment : Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes in AEM.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills : Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
