What Youll Do :

Architect & Design Solutions : Own the end-to-end solution design process, from analyzing client needs to creating scalable, sustainable solutions with AEM and Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Client Engagement : Lead technical discussions, build strong relationships with clients, and provide consultative expertise to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Lead Technical Delivery : Guide the development teams, ensuring high-quality, performance-optimized solutions, and act as a hands-on leader in the implementation phase.

Innovative Integrations : Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (like AJO, CJA, AEP) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to drive seamless digital experiences across devices and channels.

Agile Project Management : Take ownership of project planning, timelines, and scalability, while applying Agile practices to deliver top-tier solutions.

What Were Looking For :

AEM Expertise : Strong experience in Sightly, OSGi, Sling Models, and AEM integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Cloud & DevOps : Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps), and Java.

Hands-on Leadership : Ability to lead complex AEM implementations, mentor developers, and maintain the highest standards of code quality.

Digital Transformation : Experience designing and implementing omni-channel solutions that provide personalized experiences across web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms.

Security & Performance : Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and ensuring optimal performance in large-scale enterprise systems.
