Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Credit Cards to drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of credit card customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships, driving card sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new customers for credit card products through field visits, referrals, leads, and cross-selling.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing credit card customers to ensure usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and confidently to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for card issuance and usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams like operations, risk, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor credit card usage behavior and suggest upgrades or value-added services.
- Address customer complaints, queries, and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms, credit policies, and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills :
Essential :
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably business, finance, or marketing).1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or banking / financial services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasion skills.Knowledge of credit card features, billing cycles, and regulatory guidelines.Desirable :
Experience with HNI / UHNI clientele or co-branded cards.Familiarity with digital sales tools or lead management systems.Local language proficiency is a plus.Performance Metrics :
Monthly credit card acquisition numbers.Activation and usage rates.Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT / NPS).Cross-sell and up-sell performance.TAT adherence and process compliance.Skills Required
