Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in performance and load testing, with a deep focus on Apache JMeter. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, from designing and executing test scripts to analyzing results and identifying system bottlenecks. This role requires a solid understanding of the Life Sciences (LS) domain and a commitment to ensuring our applications meet stringent performance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Test Strategy & Scripting :

• Design, develop, and execute complex performance test scripts using Apache JMeter to simulate various load conditions.
• Define detailed performance test scenarios based on business workflows, user behavior, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and memory leaks.
