About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Performance Test Engineer with proven experience in automation and performance testing.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance test scenarios, identifying system bottlenecks, and ensuring optimal application performance across different environments.

This role demands strong expertise in LoadRunner / Performance Center, JMeter, and automation frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter.
• Analyze application architecture and collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to create performance test strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to define performance testing requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain automation test frameworks to support regression and functional testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system engineers to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Generate detailed performance test reports with observations, metrics, and improvement suggestions.
• Participate in performance engineering reviews and capacity planning exercises.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, new LoadRunner features, and performance engineering trends.
