Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with expertise in performance analysis, heap / thread dump diagnostics, and SQL tuning. The role involves working closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure application scalability and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis & Diagnostics

Conduct application and system performance analysis
Perform heap and thread dump analysis to detect memory leaks or deadlocks

Optimization & Profiling

Use profiling tools (JProfiler, VisualVM, YourKit) to identify code bottlenecks

Optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance

Collaboration & Documentation

Collaborate with dev teams to implement performance improvements

Support performance test planning with QA and DevOps teams

Document tuning strategies and performance baselines

Skills Required

Heap / Thread Dump Analysis, Oracle SQL Tuning, JProfiler / VisualVM, Java / C++ / Python, Performance Troubleshooting
