Job Synopsis :
The Performance Tester should have at least 8+ years of experience. This Candidate will be a contributing member as part of the Performance Testing Team.
The main roles & responsibilities :
- Gather Performance Testing Requirements.
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
- Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.
- Develop automated scripts in JMeter
- Develop customized codes in the script in Javascript language for optimizing and enhancing JMeter scripts.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
- Generate test summary reports for management review.
- Analyse root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
- Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
- Provide support in script development activities.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
Qualification, Experience & Skill Set Required :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / B.E. or equivalent5+ years of performance testing experience with at least 2 years of it involving JMeter(mandatory)
Testing Coordination experience Full understand of End to End performance test processand experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System
admins.
Excellent Soft Skills (Communication via email, phone, live-meeting etc.)Good programming experience with any program languages at least 3 years.Experience with Agile / Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint,Excel, Access, & Word)
Experience with Continuous integration with Performance Testing.Experience working on Finance Banking domain projects(ref : hirist.tech)
