Performance Tester - Neoload Testing

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using NeoLoad.
• Execute various types of tests including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, throughput issues, and latency problems.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.
• Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana to observe system behavior and metrics.
• Prepare and present detailed performance test reports, root cause analyses, and improvement recommendations.
• Track test execution progress and publish daily / weekly status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of performance testing artifacts in alignment with project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of performance testing practices and toolsets.
