An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Ticketing Agent with strong command over Amadeus and Sabre , GDS fare construction , reissues / refunds , and BSP reconciliation .
The role involves managing international and domestic air bookings, ensuring ticketing accuracy, and supporting both B2B and B2C travel operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Ticketing & GDS Operations
- Issue, reissue, revalidate, exchange, void, and refund tickets via Amadeus and Sabre
- Manage FIT and group bookings for international and domestic sectors
- Verify published, private, net, and negotiated fares
- Apply fare rules, endorsements, penalties, and baggage regulations
- Handle queues, schedule changes, and NDC / LCC ticket issuance
- Assist sales and operations teams with fare searches and itinerary support
Financial & BSP Reconciliation
Prepare and reconcile BSP / ARC reports, settlements, and weekly remittancesMaintain ticketing logs and payment recordsManage ADM / ACM disputes and coordinate with airlines for waiversValidate commissions, markups, and incentivesProvide monthly reporting to the finance teamAirline & Supplier Coordination
Liaise with airline representatives for fare overrides, waivers, and approvalsResolve ticketing discrepancies, involuntary changes, and schedule disruptionsManage group quotations and seat blocks with airlinesCustomer Support
Support agencies, corporate clients, and passengers on ticketing issuesProcess cancellations, changes, refunds, and EMDs (seats, meals, baggage, etc.)Ensure compliance with airline and IATA regulations💼 Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operationsAdvanced proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre (mandatory)Strong knowledge of fare construction, exchanges, and refundsHands-on experience in BSP / ARC reconciliationFamiliarity with ADM / ACM handling and dispute resolutionUnderstanding of NDC , LCC , and EMD workflowsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet weekly targets🌟 Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with queue automation or ticketing scriptsExposure to multi-currency or multi-country ticketingBackground in group ticketing or consolidator operationsBilingual skills (Spanish / English)📍 Job Details
