The Senior Executive - Presales will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales strategies to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the presales process from initial client engagement to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the presales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Delivering sales pitches to clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our projects.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, maintain client databases, and monitor sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Desired candidate profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Real estate experience preferred.
