Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role includes enhancing employer branding, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
