As the Sales Head - DST Channel for Affordable Housing Segment, you will lead a dynamic direct sales team responsible for sourcing home loan and LAP business. You will oversee the entire lead fulfillment process, ensuring that sourced leads are successfully processed from initiation to disbursement, while driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor your own sales team to source and fulfill leads in the home loan and LAP segments. Ensure team members meet performance metrics and business targets.
- Lead Generation : Develop strong sourcing channels and strategic partnership for organic lead sourcing.
- End-to-End Fulfillment : Oversee the fulfillment process of all sourced leads, ensuring the same team manages customer interactions from initial contact through to final loan disbursement.
- Sales Strategy : Design and implement sales strategies tailored to different sourcing channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including builders, property agents, and financial professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Skills & Competencies :
