Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience in the plastic bags manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales to meet company targets. This role requires strong market knowledge, customer relationship management, and a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the plastic packaging sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samples, and technical information to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients, ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools or reporting formats.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4–5 years of proven sales experience in plastic bags manufacturing (LDPE, HDPE, PP woven, biodegradable bags, etc.) will be an added advantage.Strong network of clients in relevant industries such as retail, FMCG, agriculture, or industrial packaging.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
