Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a personalized luxury shopping experience by styling and advising clients on ethnic and contemporary designer wear.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement : greeting, styling, building relationships, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (₹10–20 lakhs monthly depending on seniority).
  • Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
  • Collaborate with store managers and team members to ensure smooth floor operations.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards align with AZA’s brand guidelines.
  • Build a strong clientele base by developing repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, designers, and luxury fashion insights to consult clients effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience :

  • Fashion Consultant : 2–4 years in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting.
  • Senior Fashion Consultant : 4–7 years in luxury fashion retail with proven high-value sales achievements.
  • Proven ability to individually drive business of ₹10-15 lakhs or more per month.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail etiquette, styling, and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Well-versed in ethnic and high-end designer fashion.
