About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Solution Sales Executive to help us grow our portfolio of technology services and automation products. This role involves identifying business challenges across industries and positioning tailored tech solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through structured outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Understand client requirements through discovery calls and meetings.
- Pitch relevant digital solutions – including automation workflows, software tools, and AI-based systems.
- Collaborate with the internal tech team to create proposals, estimations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales tracking and lead status using CRM tools.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfort with understanding and explaining tech-based offerings.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.Good to Have
Familiarity with B2B sales and service-based selling.Experience in selling software, automation tools, or SaaS platforms.Exposure to CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent.What You’ll Get
