- Andheri Lokhandwala - 10 Openings in sales (Executive & Senior Executive)
Key Responsibilities
Manage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering complete product / service details.Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system.Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.Initiate and support small-scale marketing and promotional activities.Organize and execute customer engagement programs and events.Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant customer accounts.Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management.Qualifications & Experience
Education : 12th / Diploma / Graduate / PostgraduateExperience : 2 to 6 years, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry industryDemonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills
