JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Creative Communication – Develop and design creative campaigns for new Show / Season Launches, IP properties like GWF, Strategic initiatives etc

2. Media Planning – Develop media plans across vehicles(TV| Print etc) to deliver a fixed reach with a fixed investment

3. On Ground Activations – Conceptualize and execute on ground activations in line with the brand requirement – School Contact, Canter Activation,

Mall Activation etc

4. Strategic Brand Extensions – Ideate and execute various brand led experiential touch points – Like GWF

5. Strategic Brand Partnerships – Collaborate with like minded brands to expand brand footprint

6. Digital Marketing – Curate Digital Campaigns for various brand requirements

7. Liaoning with various 3rd partner agencies for various campaign requirements – Creative agency, Digital agency, On - Ground agencies etc

In this financial year our Channels key focus area will be to develop new revenue generation opportunities for monetization through character engagement through below initiatives -

The channel is planning big ticket events like the fifth leg of the Giant Wheel Festival and Anime / YAY! Movie Fest that open revenue generation possibilities through ticketing and sponsorships – The candidate will optimize all efforts towards creating effective communication

plans, drive promotions to get maximum footfalls and curate partnerships to increase the brand exposure and revenue generation.

1.Focus will also be on capitalizing more on ROI driven strategic partnerships with key distribution operators. Along side this, the channel

has already launched 2 anime led VAS offerings with Tata Play and Airtel and conversations for more such initiatives with other

platforms are underway. – The candidate will play a key role in facilitating the entire launch campaign in alignment with the partner team along-with devising and executing an effective plan to keep a steady incremental in the subscription numbers month on month translating to maximized revenue generation

2.The channel is also exploring to expand its gaming portfolio by curating more character led mobile games – The candidate will liaison very closely with the developers and production house to ideate and execute the entire game for licensed and owned characters. They will also design

and execute promotion plans to see steady growth in the subscription numbers month on month, leading to revenue generation
