The Assistant Manager - ABM will support the marketing team in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and the ability to analyze market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies for brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure project timelines are met.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
