Key Responsibilities :
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) platforms.
- Manage Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to ensure visibility across Google surfaces
- Own budget pacing, daily bid strategy changes, and campaign health checks
- Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Leverage GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and Looker Studio
- Monitor landing page performance and collaborate with UI / UX and tech teams to improve conversion journeys
- A / B test creatives, ad copies, and CTAs regularly.
- Use customer segments (RFM, behavioral cohorts) to tailor ad messaging
- Work with design and content teams to brief and review performance creatives.
What you bring
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing for a D2C brand (having own website) or performance-focused digital agencyHands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and PMax campaignsStrong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution and campaign structuresProficient with tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel / SheetsUnderstanding of Shopify, eCommerce stacksPassion for beauty, skincare brandsLocation : Thane, Mumbai
