Responsible for leading and directing the sales operations for an entire zone assigned, overseeing a team of Regional Managers, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives
- The Zonal Sales Manager is a critical position responsible for executing the sales and marketing operations across multiple regions within a designated zone. The role encompasses strategic planning, campaign management, team supervision, and performance analysis. The ZSM plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to the zonal
- Delivery of sales, demand generation, Demand Fulfilment and collection targets
- Ensuring robust adherence of business processes and right service levels to customers (both farmers, channel partners and internal customers)
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each region within the zone
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing, incorporating relevant insights and innovations into zonal sales and marketing strategies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the zonal sales and marketing team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
