We are rapidly expanding our sales team and are seeking dynamic, results-oriented professionals across various experience levels to drive our growth and strengthen our market presence in Bangaluru, Hyderabad & Vizag region.

JOB PROFILES :

Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

​The Role :

​We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Professionals to manage and grow our sales within the furniture, plywood, and laminates industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building strong, lasting customer relationships and expanding our market footprint.

​Key Responsibilities :

​1. Drive Primary and Secondary Sales to consistently achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.

​2. Develop, maintain, and manage strong business relationships with OEMs (Furniture Manufacturers) and Plywood Dealers.

​3. Proactively generate new leads, identify new business opportunities, and actively prospect new clients.

4. ​Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports, detailed market feedback, and comprehensive competitor analysis data.

5. ​Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer service, timely product delivery, and overall client satisfaction.

​Candidate Profile :

​1. A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience is strongly preferred in the Edge Band, furniture, plywood, laminates, or wood working adhesives industry. Candidates with less experience (0-2 years) but have that capability to understand the market & industry and want to grow his / her career with a growing company also be considered for Sales Executive roles.

​2. Demonstrated experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful deal closing.

​3. A strong existing network and relationships with Furniture Manufacturing OEMs in the region will be a significant advantage, particularly for ASM / BDM roles.

​4. Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

​5. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve ambitious sales goals.

​6. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
