Position Overview

Job Title : Senior Operations Analyst

Location : Pune, India

Role Description

• You as a Senior Analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity (Static amendments and set-up's on various applications used by Front office, Middle office and Back office) as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
• You need to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. You should ensure that all queries related to routine activities are responded to within the time frame specified.
