Experience : Fresher / Experience in Sales.
Qualification : SSC and Above.
Roles and responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.
- Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset& accessories.
- Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn billing & payment process.
- Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.
- Follow store rules and process.
